Property-search and listing information may be supplied through Multiple Listing Service and IDX providers. Information submitted through an IDX search, registration, saved-property feature, or listing inquiry may be processed by the IDX provider and delivered to Realty by Hines.

Listing availability, price, status, measurements, features, taxes, school information, and other property details may change and should be independently verified.

14. Children’s Privacy

This website and its real estate services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request review and appropriate deletion.
